Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.  Since the units are owned by different owners, the cancellation policy varies by unit. It ranges from full or half refund if between 2-4 months of booking. In no event will there be refunds for cancellations made one month or less before.  Please inquire about the policy for the particular unit you are interested in.
